If you previously worked for Barnes & Noble College at any point from 1/1/2018 forward and are no longer an active employee, you can still access your pay stubs, W2s and update your contact information.
As of 1/1/2019, you should have received an email with the following login instructions:
- Access HR Connect using this link: https://n32.ultipro.com
- Your user name is your employee ID (9 digits). If you do not know your employee ID, open a case using the link above.
- The default password is based on information on your record. Enter your 5 digit zip code, 4 digit year of birth and BNED. Do no enter any spaces or punctuation between these elements.
- When prompted, select and confirm a password and select and answer security questions. This information will allow you to update your password in the future.
